Full refund

A full refund is provided if it is within 14 days of payment, the license has not been activated, and the installer has not been downloaded. If more favorable terms are stated on the product page, those terms apply.

Partial / not refundable

After license activation or installer download, refunds may be limited due to the nature of software. An exception applies where a serious defect prevents normal use — a full refund is given.
